Grey Photographic

Sat Nov 15, 2008, 8:51 AM
This is an online gallery of the very best of the Grey Photographic brand. The idea is just to have images that will attract the eye and hold a gaze. Those that are flawless.

Can I ask anyone reading this a favour? I don't know what to put in here. I can't judge my own work.

Would you (Yes you. The one with the hat) mind picking one image from here: [link] and recommending it to me as a comment after this journal? Thank you.

Seriously. Thank you.

Greg

Thanks for the watch, mate. :)

I am vapor, I don't exist. I am merely an aspect of some undiscovered dimension where eyes and ears float indiscriminately in spirals, seeing and hearing but with no knowledge of form or matter, reality itself an abstraction.

Yeah, I finally got it! Its pretty awesome, but there are so many little fiddly parts on it as compared to my Olympus that I have yet to unleash even a significant percentage of its abilities.

Hehe, Im in the market for a new macro myself. That's one of my favorite and most used lenses, but I dont have any that fit my thread size...

Thanks for the faves and the +watch!
Question: Are the IS lenses worth the cost? Im getting a Canon 450D after christmas (if you hadnt read) and Im trying to decide if I should sink the money into the IS.

I had read, and I'm considering the same camera.

Are IS lenses worth the money? Yes. I think they are.

That said I do a lot of my work with a tripod. But I remember how I felt when I first got this camera (back when the IS still worked :bleh: ) and the joy of being able to take hand held photos at dawn and dusk was brilliant.
